Refugee from Ethiopia sings in front of Parliament in Oslo

Endal Getaneh, a refugee from Ethiopia sings a hymn of hope in front of Parliament in Oslo.

Norway is the first and only European countries signed an agreement on the return of refugees to the authoritarian regime in Ethiopia. Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch and several other human rights organizations in a strongly critical of the agreement.

Many of the Ethiopian refugees are actively politically in opposition to the Ethiopian regime. They fear for their lives, torture and imprisonment forcibly returned to Ethiopia.
