የርዕዮት ሽልማትና የእኛ ዝምታ


ጋዜጠኛና መምህርት ርዕዮትአለሙ የቤተሰቦቿ የመጀመሪያ ልጅ እንደመሆኗ መጠንሃላፊነት ነበረባት፡፡ይህንን ሃላፊነት ለመወጣትም ርዕዮት ከማስተማር ሞያዋጎንለጎን በትርፍ ጊዜዋ ህጻናትን ታስተምር ነበር፡፡ከዚህ የሚገኘው ገቢ ደግሞየቤተሰቡን ኑሮ ይደጉማል፡፡በሩጫ የተሞላው የጋዜጠኛዋህይወት በአንድ ማለዳቀለም ወደ ምትመግባቸው የምስካዬ ህዙናን ትምህርት ቤት ተማሪዎች ክፍልለመግባት ስትዘጋጅ የእስር ማዘዣባወጡባት የፌደራል ፖሊሶች እጅ ወደቀች፡፡ርዕዮት ታስራለችና ቤተሰቡ ከእርሷ ያገኘው የነበረውን ድጉማ ማጣቱ ግድ ሆነ፡፡
አምላክ ሳይደግስ አይጣላምእንደሚሰኘው እስከዳር የርዕዮትን ፍኖት በመከተልየቤተሰብ ግዴታዋን ለመወጣት በሞያዋ ስራ ማፈላለጉን ተያያዘችው፡፡እናም ተሳካ፡፡በጥሩደሞዝ በአንድ የግል ድርጅት ውስጥ ተቀጠረች፡፡ይህ ከርዕዮት መታሰር በኋላለቤተሰቡ የተደመጠ የመጀመሪያው መልካም ዜና መሆኑ ነው፡፡ቹቹ(የእስከዳርየቤት ስም ነው)ባገኘችው አዲስ ስራ ብዙም መቀጠል አልቻለችም፡፡ቀጣሪዋ ወደቢሮው ጠርቷት‹‹የሆኑ ሰዎች ትናንት አንቺከቢሮ ከወጣሽ በኋላ መጥተው ነበር፡፡
ይህቺን ልጅ ካላስወጣችኋት ድርጅታችሁ ከመንግስት አንዳች ነገር ቢፈልግ ትብብርአይደረግለትምብለውኝ ወጡ፡፡ስለዚህ እባክሽ ምን እናድርግ?››እስከዳርአላመነታችም‹‹ምንም ችግር የለም በእኔ ምክንያት እናንተ መጉላላትየለባችሁምስለዚህ ስራውን መልቀቅ እችላለሁ››ቢሮውን ለቅቃለት ወጣች፡፡ከትንሽመውጣትና መውረድ በኋላ ቹቹ ሌላ ስራ አገኘች፡፡የዚህን ስራየአንድ ወር ደሞዝእንኳን መብላት ሳትችል አሰሪዋ ‹‹ውጪልኝ ሰዎች መጥተው ከእሷና ከድርጅትህአንዱን ምረጥ ብለውኛል ››አላት፡፡እየሳቀችስራውን ለቀቀችለት፡፡
በቅርቡ ግን ያጋጠማትለየት ያለ ነው፡፡ጥሩ ስራ በመገኘቱ ያለሽን የትምህርትና የስራልምድ አስገቢ ተብላ በጓደኞቿ በመወትወቷ ነገ ሊያሥወጡኝ በሚልስሜት ወደተባለው ቦታ አመራች፡፡ለስራው ብቁ የሚያደርጋትን ማስረጃ አስገብታ ከገባችበትቢሮ ስትወጣ አንድ ጉስቁስቁል ያለ ወጣትከአፉ የሚያወጣቸውን ቃላት ጠንከርናረገጥ እያደረገ‹‹አትልፊ እኔ እያለሁ አንቺ ስራ አትቀጠሪም››ብሏት ሊቀጥራትወዳናገራት ድርጅትመሰስ ብሎ ገባ ይሄው ድርጅቱም እስካሁን ድረስአልደወለላትም፡፡ቹቹ አሁን በዚህች አገር ሰርታ መኖር እንዳትችል የሆነየፈረደባትአካል እንዳለ ማመን በመጀመሯ ከአሁን በኋላ ስራ ፍለጋ እግሬን ንቅንቅአላደርገውም የሚል ድምዳሜ ላይ ደርሳለች፡፡
ብዙዎቻችን እንደምናውቅየርዕዮት አባት አቶ አለሙ የህግ ባለሞያ ናቸው፡፡ልጃቸው ቃሊቲ ከመውረዷ በፊት የተለያዩ የፍርድ ቤት ጉዳዩችን በመያዝ ገቢአግኝተዋል፡፡አሁንግን ጥብቅና እንዲቆሙላቸው የሚጠይቁ ደምበኞች ወደእርሳቸው ቢሮ እንዳይመጡ አንድ ስውር እጅ ሆነ ብሎ እየቀሰቀሰባቸውይገኛል፡፡‹‹እርሳቸውየሚይዙት ጉዳይ ፍርድ አያገኝም››ወደ አቶ አለሙ ቢሮለማምራት ለሚፈልጉ ሰዎች የሚነገር ማሸማቀቂያ ነው፡፡እናም የስራ ነገርለአቶአለሙ አሁን እጅግ ከባድ ሆኗል፡፡
የርዕዮት የሞያና የፍቅርአጋር የሆነው ጋዜጠኛ ስለሺ ሀጎስ ከእጮኛው መታሰርበፊት ህይወትን ለማሸነፍ በሁሉም አቅጣጫ የሚታትር ብርቱ ነበር፡፡ ቃሊቲፍቅሩንከነጠቀችው በኋላ ግን የህይወት ትግሉ ላይ በረዶ እንደተደፋበት ስሜቱቀዝቅዟል፡፡የጸሀይ ብርሃንን የፈራ ያህል ለቃሊቲ ጉዞ ካልሆነበቀር ከቤቱመውጣትን አይፈቅድም፡፡የርዕዮት መታሰር ስንቱን እንዳሰረ አያችሁን?
እርግጥ ነው እኛ ኢትዮጵያዊያንጀግኖች እንዲወለዱ እንጸልያለን እንጂ የተወለዱትጀግኖች መከራ በደረሰባቸው ጊዜ አብረናቸው አንቆምም፡፡ርዕዮት፣እስክንድር፣ውብሸት፣አንዷለም፣ናትናኤልናሌሎቹም ከራሳቸው ርቀው ስለ ህዝብ በመጮሃቸውየቃሊቲ ደጃፍ ተቆልፉባቸዋል፡፡የእነዚህ ሰላማዊ ታጋዮች መታሰርበቤተሰቦቻቸው፣በሚረዷቸውሰዎችና በልጆቻቸው ላይ ከሚያደርሰው የህሊና እናየስነ ልቦና ቀውስ በተጨማሪ የኢኮኖሚ ምስቅልቅሉ በቃላት ሊገለጽ የማይችልነው፡፡የታጋዮቹአሳሪዎችም ከምንም በላይ የህዝቡን አለመደጋገፍ የሚገነዘቡበመሆናቸው የሚያቀርቡት የመጀመሪያ ጥያቄ‹‹ለምን ለልጆችህ ለመኖርአትፈልግም››የሚል ነው፡፡
የውብሸት ልጅ ውብሸትበመታሰሩ ምክንያት ለትምህርት ቤት የሚከፍልለት አጥቶወደ ዝቅተኛ ትምህርት ቤት እንዲሸጋገር መደረጉ ስድቡ ውብሸትንአደንቀዋለሁለምንለው እኛ እንጂ ለእርሱ አይደለም፡፡ይህንን እያዮና እየሰሙእንዴት ሌሎች ውብሸቶች ይፈጠሩ?ውብሸት የታሰረ ሰሞን እኔና ጋዜጠኛነብዮሀይሉ ከውብሸት ጋር አብሮ ይሰራ የነበረን አንድ የአውራምባ ታይምስ ጋዜጣባልደረባ ቀጥረን አገኘነውና‹‹ውብሸት በመታሰሩቤተሰቡ ችግር ላይ ሊወድቅይችላል፡፡ስለዚህ ለምን የሆነች መዋጮ በማድረግ የምንችለውን አናደርግም››አልነው፡፡ምላሹ ያልጠበቅነውነበር‹‹መንገስት እርሱን መንግስት ያሰረውበሽብርተኝነት ጠርጥሮት በመሆኑ አሁን እገዛ ብናደርግ እኛንም ተባባሪ ሊያደርገንይችላል››አለን፡፡ውብሸትይቅርታ ጠይቆ ሊወጣ ነው በተባለ ሰሞን ይህ ጋዜጠኛየፌስ ቡክ ገጹን በውብሸት ፎቶግራፍ ሞልቶ ማየቴም እፍረት አሳድሮብኝ ነበር፡፡
ለማንኛውም ዛሬ ማለዳያደመጥኩት ዜና ድብልቅልቅ ያለ ስሜት ፈጥሮብኛል፡፡ፈረንጆች ለእኛ የመብት ተሟጋቾች እውቅና በመስጠት ሽልማት እያበረከቱ ነው፡፡በዚህመነሻነትም ርዕዩት ሃሳብን በነጻነት ለመግለጽ በከፈለችው መስዋዕትነት የተነሳ25.000 ዶላር  አሸናፊ ሆናለች፡፡ ከገንዘቡ ባሻገር በርዕዮት ዙሪያ ላሉ ሰዎችበሙሉ ይህትልቅ ማበረታቻ ነው፡፡እናም የርዕዮት እህት፣ አባትና እጮኛበመሆናቸው ብቻ ዋጋ እየከፈሉ ያሉትን በሙሉ በዚህ አጋጣሚ እንኳንደስ አላችሁማለት ወደድኩ፡፡ከወሬ የዘለለ ማድረግ ላልቻልን ከቃሊቲ በመለስ ላለን ለእኛ ግንአፈርኩ፡፡

የአውራምባ   ዋና አዘጋጅ የሆነው ጋዜጠኛ ውብሸት ታዬ ወደ ዝዋይ ወህኒ ቤት ተወሰደ፡፡የአውራምባ   ዋና አዘጋጅ የሆነው ጋዜጠኛ ውብሸት ታዬ በፌደራል  አቃቤ ህግ በሽብርተኝነት ተከሶ በፌደራሉ ከፍተኛ ፍርድ ቤት ልደታ ምድብ 3ኛ ወንጀል ችሎት ጥፋተኛ በሚል 14 ዓመት ተፈርዶበት ከፍተኛ ጥበቃ በሚደረግበት ቂሊንጦ ወህኒ ቤት ታስሮ ይገኝ ነበር፡.. ይሁን እንጂ ዛሬ ሚያዚያ 8 ቀን 2005ዓ.ም. ምክንያቱ ባልታወቀ ሁኔታ ከአዲስ አበባ ከ170 ኪሎ ሜትር አካባቢ በደቡብ ምስራቅ ርቀት በሚገኘው ዝዋይ ወህኒ ቤት መወሰዱ ታውቋል፡፡

የጋዜጠኛው ባለቤት እና ልጁ በሁኔታው ከፍተኛ መደናገጥ እንደፈጠረባቸው ተጠቁሟል፡፡ በስልጣን ላይ ያለው የኢህአዴግ መንግስት ጋዜጠኞችን በማሰር በዓለም አቀፍ ደረጃ እየተወገዘና ያሰራቸውን ጋዜጠኞችንም እንዲፈታ በተደጋጋሚ ጫና እየተደረገበት መሆኑ የሚታወቅ ቢሆንም መንግስት ግን ጋዜጠኛ  ውብሸት ታዬ፣ ታዋቂው ጋዜጠኛ እስክንድር ነጋ እና ጋዜጠኛ ርዕዮት ዓለሙ እስካሁንም ለመፍታት ፈቃደኛ አልሆነም፡፡

Reeyot Alemu, a young journalist, who is arrested by Ethiopian governmentImprisoned Ethiopian journalist Reeyot Alemu is the winner of the 2013 UNESCO-Guillermo Cano World Press Freedom Prize. Ms Alemu was recommended by an independent international jury of media professionals in recognition of her “exceptional courage, resistance and commitment to freedom of expression.”

The Jury took note of Reeyot Alemu’s contribution to numerous and independent publications. She wrote critically about political and social issues, focusing on the root causes of poverty, and gender equality. She worked for several independent media. In 2010 she founded her own publishing house and a monthly magazine called Change, both of which were subsequently closed. In June 2011, while working as a regular columnist for Feteh, a national weekly newspaper, Ms Alemu was arrested. She is currently serving a five year  sentence in Kality prison.

The UNESCO Guillermo Cano World Press Freedom Prize was created in 1997 by UNESCO’s Executive Board. It is awarded annually during the celebration of World Press Freedom Day on 3 May, which will take place this year in Costa Rica.
The Prize honours the work of an individual or an organization which has made a notable contribution to the defence and /or promotion of freedom of expression anywhere in the world, especially if risks have been involved. Candidates are proposed by UNESCO Member States, and regional or international organizations active in the fields of journalism and freedom of expression.Laureates are chosen by a jury whose members are appointed for a once renewable three-year term by the Director-General of UNESCO

የማመሳቀል አቅምን ማሳየት የፖለቲካ አሸናፊነትን ማሳየት አይደለም!


አጼ ኃይለሥላሴ በሰጡት ንጉሳዊ ብይን ያልተደሰተ ኢትዮጵያዊ ንጉሱ ፊት ቀርቦተቃውሞውን የማሰማት እድል ነበረው። እናም በንጉሱ ፊት “ጃንሆይ የሰጡትፍርድ ፍርደ-ገምድል ነው። አቤት እላለሁ” በማለት ምሬቱን ይገልጻል። ንጉሱምከእኛ በላይ ማን አለና ነውለማን ነው አቤት የምትለው?” ብለው ይጠይቁታል።ሁሉን ለሚችል አምላክ እንጂ ለሌላ ለማን ይነገራል” ብሎ መለሰላቸው። ንጉሱምበሚታወቁበት ርጋታቸው ከፈገግታ ጋር “እኛን ቀብቶ ያነገስን ማን ነው እና ነውለእግዚያብሄር ይግባኝ የምትለው” ብለው መለሱለት ይባላል። ከዓመታት በፊትኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ መጽሄት ሳነብ (ጦቢያ ላይ ይመስለኛልያገኘሁትን ነውያካፈልኩት። ተደርጎ ይሆናል። ውጭያዊ ምክንያቶችን እንደተጠበቁ ሆነው የለውጥሃሳብን ከኢትዮጵያዊነት እና ከኢትዮጵያዊ አስተሳሰብ ጋር ማዋኽድ ስለተሳነው1966 የፈነዳው ዓብዮት ዛሬም ድረስ ባይሳካም  በወቅቱ የተወሰደው እሳትየለበስ እሳት የጎረሰ የፓለቲካ ርምጃ ጥሩ ነበር መጥፎ የሚለውን ብይን ለየራሳችንትተን ለውጡ በማያሻማ ሁኔታ ትቶት የሄደውን  ትምህርት ግን ማስታወስያስፈልጋል።የህዝብ የቁጣ ሰይፍ ሲመዘዝ በነማን ላይ እንዳነጣጠረ የሚስተው ሰውያለ አይመስለኝም።

ለውጡ ለስልጣን ወደመታገል ደረጃ ተሸጋግሮ ስልጣን በያዙ እና ስልጣን ባልያዙወገኖች(አሁን በግብጽ እንደምናየው ወይ እንደምንሰማውመካከል ትግልከመጀመሩ በፊት የለውጡ ዋነኛ ዒላማ የዘውዳዊው አስተዳደር ስለነበረመጀመሪያም ሰይፍ የተመዘዘው በዘውዳዊው የመስተዳደር አካላት ነበር። የዛኔውየስልጣን መዋቅር እንዲህ እንዳሁኑ በጎሳ እና በቋንቋ ላይ የተመሰረተ ቢሆን ኖሮ አንድ ወገን ያውም በቁጥር አናሳበአብዛኛው የኢትዮጵያ ህዝብ አናት ላይ ቆሞእንደፈለገ ከበሮ የሚመታበት ስርዓት ቢሆን ኖሮ ሊደርስ ይችል የነበረውን ጥፋትመገመት አይከብድም።  በለውጥ ሰሞን የሚደርስ ጥፋት ከአብዮት የአውሬነት ባህሪጋር ብቻ የተያያዘ ሳይሆን ለአብዮት የአውሬነት ባህሪ ትልቅ አስተዋጾ ከሚያደርገውከወደቀው ስርዓት ጋርም የሚያያዝ ነው።
በአንድ የድህረ-ገጽ የመወያያ መድረክ ላይ ሃሳቡን በመልክ በመልኩ ሳያስተካክልእንደወረደ አፉን ባልፈታበት ቋንቋ የሚዘከዝክ አፍቃሪ ህወሓት አለ። ብዙ ጊዜ(እንዲያውም ሁሌም ማለት የሚቻል ይመስለኛልየሚጽፋቸው ሃሳቦች (እምነቶችሊባሉ ይችላሉወለም ዘለም ሳይሉ፤ ሳይሹለከለኩ የህወሓትን የበላይነት አባዜ እናስነ-ልቦና የሚያንጸባርቁ ናቸው።
ለግራዚያኒ ሀውልት መሰራት ምክንያት በአዲስ አበባ የተደረገው ተቃውሞ ጋርበተያያዘ ይስመለኛልዘነጋሁት ጉዳዮንይሄው የምላችሁ ሰው እግዚያብሄርምእኛ። ሰይጣንም እኛ።” በማለት ጻፈ። ከጸሃፊው ሁኔታ ህወሓት ትግራይ፤ትግራይህወሓት ነው። ልዩነት የለውም። ትግራይ ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ መሆኗን ቢያውቅምየሚያምን አይመስልም። ምናልባት ጠንከር ባለ ሁኔታ ይዞት ካልሆነ በስተቀር ይሄሃሳብ የሰውየው የግል  አመለካከት አይመስለኝም። ህወሓትኛ አስተሳሰብ ነው።እዚህ ላይ የተነሳበትም ምክንያት የቡድን አስተሳሰብ ስለመሰለኝ ነው።ጎሰኝነትየአስተሳሰብ ሚዛናቸውን ባንድ ጎን  ወደ ታች ስቦ መሬት ያላስነካባቸውግለሰቦች ካሉአይመለከታቸውምና ቅር መሰኘት የለባቸውም።
እዝነ ህሊናቸውን ፈቅደውም ይሁን ሳይፈቅዱ ለጨፈኑ  የህወሓት ሰይጣንነትለማይታያቸው እና በማንኛውም የህይወት ገጽታ (በእምነት ጭምር) የህወሓትንመርዛማ የፖለቲካ እሳቤ እንደመለኮታዊ እውነት ወደላይ የሚሰቅሉትን ብዙዎቹንነው የሚመለከተው፡:  እንዲህ አይነት ሰዎች “መለስ ዜናዊ ሊቅ ነው። ወደርየሌለው ታጋይ ነው። ዓለምን የለወጠ ሃሳብ ባለቤት ነው” ብለው እዛ ላይአያቆሙም። “እኛ[ህወሃት -ትግራይ]ሊቅ ነን። ታጋይ ነን” በማለት ነገሩን ወደ ወልባህሪ (ወደ ትግራይነት)ይወስዱታል። እዛም ላይ አይቆሙምሌላውን ወደ መናቅወደማጣጣልይሸጋገራሉአንዳንዶቹ ጸያፍ በሆነ መንገድ ይገልጹታል። ሌሎቹ ደሞበብልጠት እየደባበቁ ያራምዱታል።
እግዚያብሔርም እኛ፤ ሰይጣንም እኛ በሚለው የቅዠት እምነት የፍጹማዊነቱደረጃ(የአድራጊ ፈጣሪነት ስሜቱየአጼ ኃይለሥላሴን ንጉሠነገስታዊ ባህሪአስከንድቶውድድሩን ከእግዚያብሔር ጋር ያደረገ ሃሳብ ነው።  ኃይለሥላሴከላይቸው እግዚያብሔር እንዳለ አምነው የስልጣናቸውን ህጋዊነት በእግዚያብሄርአድራጊ ፈጣሪነት ጠቅልለው  የተሰጠ እንጂ ያልተቀማ እንደሆነ አምነዋል።የፖለካውም ተልዕኮ የተሰጠን የስልጣን ርስት ማስጠበቅ ነበር። በቃ ተብለውእስከወደቁበት ዘመንም እንደዛ አሳምነዋል። ከአውሮፓውያኑ ልዑላን እና ፍጹማዊነገስታቶች የተለየ አስተሳስብ አልነበረም።
ህወሓት ያንን አልፎታል። መሰረቱ በብዙ ፕሮፓጋንዳ ዘመቻ የፈጠረው  ‘ራስ’ እናየዓለም እይታ ነው:: ራሱን እንደ አምላክ ቆጥሮአል። ሌላውም ህወሓት እንደዛ ነውብሎ እንዲያምን ይፈልጋል። ህወሓት ባደረሰው የስነ-ልቦና ዘረፋምክንያት(ለአማካሪዎቹ ምስጋና ይግባቸውናየህወሓትን ዳረጎት የሚቀበሉምየማይቀበሉም የህወሓትን አምላክነት የተቀበሉ  ጥቂቶች አልጠፉም። አብዛኛውኢትዮጵያዊ ህወሓት ወታደራዊ የኃይል ሚዛን እንዳለው እያወቀ፤ የኢኮኖሚተቋማትን እንደተቆጣጠረ እና በፈጠረው የፖለቲካ ስርዓት ምክንያት ቅጥ ያጣ ሃብትእምዳጋበሰ ቢያውቅም ህወሓትን በንቀት እና በጥላቻ ከማየት ያለፈ(በህወሃትምግባር ምክንያት )   አመለካከት እንደሌለው ህወሓት  ያውቀዋል። አንደኛውምየህወሓት ችግር ይሄ ይመስላልእንደሰይጣን እንደሚታይ ያውቀዋል።   ማለትየተወጣጠረው የህወሓት ወታደራዊ ጡንቻ ሲዝል ነገሮችን በጉልበት እና በገንዘብማራመድ እንደማይችል ያውቀዋል። ያኔ የሚያድኑት የፍትህ ጥያቄዎች እንዳሉምያውቃል።
 
ህወሓት በስልጣን ላይ ሆኖ ሃገር እያመሰ ባለበት ሁኔታ እንኳን  ወርቅ ነው እያለወደላይ የሚዘልበት የፖለቲካ ሃሳቡ ተሸንፎአል። ስዮም መስፍን 9ኛውየህወህት/ኢህአዴግ ጉባኤ ላይ ኢህአዴግ  ”የውህደት ሃሳቡን ቸል ማለትእንደሌለበት ተናገረ” የተባለው ነገር (ሪፖርተር በዜናነት እንዳወጣውምናልባትበተወሰነ መልኩ ህወሓት የፓለቲካ አስተሳሰቡ የትም እንደማይደርስ መረዳቱንያመላከተ ቢመስልም፤ ከታች እንዳማነሳው ሰሞኑን እንደ አዲስ የተወሰደው ዜጎችንየማመሳቀል ርምጃ የፖለቲካ ርዮተ-ዓለም ሽንፈቱን የመቀልበሻ ተጓዳኝ የፓለቲካርምጃ ሊሆንም ይችላል።
የህወሓት የስልጣን ህልውናው ሙሉ በሙሉ በወታደራዊ እና በደህንነት ጉልበቱላይ የተመሰረተ እንደሆነ ህወሓት ያውቃል፤ እኛም እናውቃለን፤ሌላውም ያውቃል። በሌላ በኩልም ይሄ በጉልበት ላይ የተመሰረተ አስተሳሰብ የፖለቲካ አሽናፊነትንእንደማይገዛ፤እንደማያዛልቀውም አሁንም ከህወሓት በላይ አሳምሮ ሊያውቅ የሚችልወገን አይኖርም። ጭንቅ የሆነበትም ጉዳይ ይሄው ነው።  ስለሆነም ህወሓትየተያያዘው የፖለቲካ ስጋት ይደቅንብኛል ብሎ የሚያስበውን የፓለቲካ ሁኔታለመቀልበስ ሲል እንግሊዞቹ በታሪክ እንዳደረጉት አይነት የማይድን  የሚያዳክምግጭት በህዝቦች ዘንድ በእጅ አዙር እየተከለ መሄድ ነው።
እስከዛሬ ያስተዋልናቸውን ዘርፈ ብዙ የፖለቲካ የበላይነት ያስጠብቁልኛል ብሎየወሰዳቸውን የለየላቸው የፓለቲካ ርምጃዎችን  ኢኮኖሚያዊ እና ማህበራዊ ርምጃተመስለው የተወሰዱ ፖለቲካዊ ርምጃዎችን ትተን (የስልጣን ክፍፍሉን፤ የኢኮኖሚዘረፋውን ሌላ ሌላውን ማለቴ ነውበቅርቡ የወሰዳቸው የመሬት ሽያጮች የመሬት ንጥቂያዎች እና የማመሳቀል ርምጃዎች በዋነኛነት ያነጣጠሩት ህወሓትበሚፈራቸው የህብረተሰብ ክፍሎች ላይ ነው። ነገሩን በዝርዝር በጎሳ በጉሳ እያደረጉማስቀመጡ ምናልባት ህወሓት እንዲፈጠር ከፈለጋቸው ሁኔታዎች አንዱንእንዲሳካለት ማድረግ ሊሆን ስለሚችል አያስፈልግም። በወጥመድ ውስጥእንደመግባት ሊሆን ይችላል። እምዲያውም ተቃዋሚውም ወገን ይሄንን ጉዳይጠንቅቆ በማወቅ የሚሰጠውን የተቃውሞ ምላሽ በተጠና ሁኔታ ማድረግያስፈልጋል። ሲሆን ሲሆን ህወሓት የፈለገውን አይነት አጀንዳ እየፈጠረ ተቃዋሚዉንየሚያስጮህበትን ሁኔታ በማስቀየር ተቃዋሚው ህወሓትን የሚያስጮህበትን እናአውሬነቱን አውጥቶ የሚጨርስበትን አካሄድ ማሰላሰል እና ማቀድ ያስፈልግ ነበር።

ማፈናቀል አዲስ ተሞክሮ አይደለም። ለሃያ አንድ አመታት ያህል ህዝቦችከመፈናቀልም አልፈው እንደ ሰንጋ እንዲታረዱ የሆነበት ሁኔታም አለበህወሓትመሰሪ ፓለቲካ ምክንያትከአንደኛው የኢትዮጵያ ክፍል ወደ ሌላኛው ተዘዋውረውራሳቸውን ለማሸነፍ እና ቤተሰባቸውን ለመመገብ የሞከሩትን ትተን ሳይንቀሳቀሱእዚያው ተወልደው ካደጉበት መንደር እንዲፈናቀሉ ተደርገው አይናቸውእያየ(የእኛም ዓይን እያየ) መሬታቸው ለባዕዳን የተሽጠበት ሁኔታ አለ። እንዲህ ያለነገር በአፋር ወገኖቻችን ላይ ደርሷል። በጋምቤላ አካባቢ በአኙዋክ ወገኖቻችን ላይደርሷል። እንዲያውም የጋምቤላዎቹ ራሳቸውን ከእንዲህ አይነት ቅጥ ያጣየማመሳቀል ርምጃ ለመከላከል ሳይወዱ በግድ ከህወሓት ጋር ህወሓት በሚገባውመንገድ እየተናነቁ ራሳቸውን ለመከላከል የሞከሩበት ሁኔታ እንዳለ የቅርብ ጊዜ ትዝታነው። በገዳማውያን ጭምር (እነሱም ስጋት ሆነው ነው እንግዲህ!) ማፈናቀልደርሷል። ህወሓት በገባው የፖለቲካ ስጋት የወሰደውን ርምጃ ሁሉ የጠቀለለውልማት” ስም ነበር።
የሰሞኑን የማመሳቀል (በእጂ አዙር እንደሆነ ልብ ይሏል!)ተግባር ለየትየሚያደርገው አንደኛ ልማት የሚለው ዲስኩር ፕሮፓጋንዳ ላይ አለመዋሉ። ሁለተኛበመጀመሪያ ሕወሓት አላመሳቀልኩም አይኔን ግምባር ያርገው ካለ በኋላ   መልሶደሞ ያመሳቀልኩት “ህገ-ወጥ”  ስለሆኑ ነው የሚል የሞኝ ክርክር ውስጥ ገባ።የህወሓት ደጋፊ የዜና አውታሮችም ያለ ምንም ሃፍረት ህገ-ወጥ ስለሆኑነው ለሚለው ሃሳብ ሰፊ ሽፋን ሰጡ። (በነገራችን ላይ ከሜዲያ ሸፋን ጋር በተያያዘ ዚምባቡዌ እና ሌሎች መሰል ሃገራት  ኮሽ ሲል ሰፊ የሚዲያ ሽፋን የሚሰጡትየምዕራባውያን -”ዓለማቀፍ” – የሜዲያ ተቋማት ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ በሺህዎችየሚቆጠሩ ህዝቦች በፖለቲካ ውሳኔ እንዲፈናቀሉ ሲደረግ እና ይህ ሁሉ መንገላታትሲደርስ እንዳላዮ እንዳልሰሙ መሆናቸው እንዳይረሳ!)
የቀበሌ ወይ የወረዳ ባለስልጣናት በሺዎች የሚቆጠሩ ዜጎችን ከከተሙበት ቦታአፈናቅለው እየጫኑ ወደሌላ ቦታ የመላክ ፍላጎት ይኖራቸዋል ብየ አልገምትም።ከዚህ ድርጊት ጀርባ የህወሓት እጂ አንዳለበት ለማንም ሰው መገመት አይከብድም።በሁለት እና ሶስት ሳምንታት እድሜ ህወሓት ያፈናቀላቸውን ሰዎች መልሶእንዲሰፍሩ አደረገ። የክልል ሶስት ባለስልጣናት ስለፈለጉ ተደረገ ብሎ ማሰብ ሞኝመሆን ይመስለኛል።
እንዲመለሱ የተደረጉት ዜጎች የነበራቸውን ነገር እንደነበረ አያገኙትም። እንዳልነበረነው የሚያገኙት። በዚህ አንጻር ከሁሉም የበለጠ አሳሳቢው ጉዳይ በግፍየተፈናቀሉት ዜጎች ከአካባቢው ነዋሪዎች ጋር የነበራቸውን ሰላም እንዳልነበረየሚሆንበት ሁኔታ መኖሩ ነው።  ምናልባት ስለሰፋሪዎቹ ህወሓት በእጂ አዙርለአካባቢው ተወላጆች የሰጠው ምስል ሌላ አይነት ሊሆን ይችላል።እንደወራሪምአድርጎ ስሏቸው ሊሆን ይችላል።
ህወሓት እንዲህ የሚፈጥራቸው የፓለቲካ ሁነቶች “ፈጣሪነቱን” እና የማመሳቀልአቅሙን እያሳየ ያለባቸው ሁኔታዎች እንዲመስሉ ለማድረግ ይፈልግ እንጂ በዋነኛነትከስጋት እና ከጨለምተኝነት የሚመነጩ ሊሆኑ ይችላሉ። የማመሳቀል አቅምንማሳየት የፓለቲካ አሽናፊነትን ማሳየት አይደለምእንዲያውም እያመሳቀለ ያለውንየፓለቲካ ቡድን የተመሳቀለ ሁኔታ የሚያሳይ ሊሆን ይችላል።
የሆነ ሆኖ ህወሓት በአንድ በኩል ኢትዮጵያውያንን በገዛ ሃገራቸው እያንገላታ  በሌላበኩል ደግሞ የህወሓት ቱባ ናቸው የሚባሉት ሰዎች ኤርትራውያኖችን (ትላንትናበኃይል ንብረታቸውን ቀምቶ አረጋውያን ልጂ አዋቂ ሳይል በጉልበት እያጋዘወደ ኤርትራ እንዳላጋዛቸውበኢትዮጵያውያ የማረጋጋት የማስፈር የማቀራረብእና የማደላደል ስራ ይሰራል። የኤርትራ ተቃዋሚዎች በህወሓትኢህአዴግ ግብዣየህውሓት/ኢሃዴግን 9 ጉባዔ እስከመሳተፍ የደረሱበትንም ሁኔታ ማስታወስያስፈልጋል። ይህቺ የህወሓት ድርጊት የኢሳያስን  መንግስት ከመፍራት ይሁን ሌላነገር ከመፍራት ጊዜ ይፈታታል። ህወሓት የሃብት ክምችት ስላለው ምናልባት እሱምራሱ አማላይ የፓለቲካ መደራደሪያ ሊሆን ይችላል ብሎ አስቦ ይሆናል።
የኤርትራን መንግስት በሚያደራጇቸው የኤርትራ ተቃዋሚዎች ቀይረው እየቀመሩያሉ የሚመስለውን የፓለቲካ ፕሮጀክት ያሳኩታል አያሳኩትም የሚለውን መተንበይአይቻልም። ያለምንም ብዥታ መታየት ያለበት ግን ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ ሕዝብንከሕዝብ የሚያጋጭ ፓሊሲ በቀጥታም በእጂ አዙርም እየተከተሉ በሌላ አንጻርህወሓት ከኤርትራውያን ጋር የመቀራረብ ፓሊሲ ላይ የሚሰራበት ምክንያትበአትኩሮት ሊታይ ይገባል።  በህወሓት ስር ሆነው “በብሄር ብሄረሰቦች” ፖለቲካአገር አና ህዝብ እያደነቆሩ ያሉት ህወሓት የሚጋልባቸው የፓለቲካ ፈረሶቹም ጉዳዮየገባቸው አይመስለም ወይንም ቢገባቸውም ጉዳያቸው አይደለም።

የቀበሌ ወይ የወረዳ ባለስልጣናት በሺዎች የሚቆጠሩ ዜጎችን ከከተሙበት ቦታአፈናቅለው እየጫኑ ወደሌላ ቦታ የመላክ ፍላጎት ይኖራቸዋል ብየ አልገምትም።ከዚህ ድርጊት ጀርባ የህወሓት እጂ አንዳለበት ለማንም ሰው መገመት አይከብድም።በሁለት እና ሶስት ሳምንታት እድሜ ህወሓት ያፈናቀላቸውን ሰዎች መልሶእንዲሰፍሩ አደረገ። የክልል ሶስት ባለስልጣናት ስለፈለጉ ተደረገ ብሎ ማሰብ ሞኝመሆን ይመስለኛል።
እንዲመለሱ የተደረጉት ዜጎች የነበራቸውን ነገር እንደነበረ አያገኙትም። እንዳልነበረነው የሚያገኙት። በዚህ አንጻር ከሁሉም የበለጠ አሳሳቢው ጉዳይ በግፍየተፈናቀሉት ዜጎች ከአካባቢው ነዋሪዎች ጋር የነበራቸውን ሰላም እንዳልነበረየሚሆንበት ሁኔታ መኖሩ ነው።  ምናልባት ስለሰፋሪዎቹ ህወሓት በእጂ አዙርለአካባቢው ተወላጆች የሰጠው ምስል ሌላ አይነት ሊሆን ይችላል።እንደወራሪምአድርጎ ስሏቸው ሊሆን ይችላል።
ህወሓት እንዲህ የሚፈጥራቸው የፓለቲካ ሁነቶች “ፈጣሪነቱን” እና የማመሳቀልአቅሙን እያሳየ ያለባቸው ሁኔታዎች እንዲመስሉ ለማድረግ ይፈልግ እንጂ በዋነኛነትከስጋት እና ከጨለምተኝነት የሚመነጩ ሊሆኑ ይችላሉ። የማመሳቀል አቅምንማሳየት የፓለቲካ አሽናፊነትን ማሳየት አይደለምእንዲያውም እያመሳቀለ ያለውንየፓለቲካ ቡድን የተመሳቀለ ሁኔታ የሚያሳይ ሊሆን ይችላል።
የሆነ ሆኖ ህወሓት በአንድ በኩል ኢትዮጵያውያንን በገዛ ሃገራቸው እያንገላታ  በሌላበኩል ደግሞ የህወሓት ቱባ ናቸው የሚባሉት ሰዎች ኤርትራውያኖችን (ትላንትናበኃይል ንብረታቸውን ቀምቶ አረጋውያን ልጂ አዋቂ ሳይል በጉልበት እያጋዘወደ ኤርትራ እንዳላጋዛቸውበኢትዮጵያውያ የማረጋጋት የማስፈር የማቀራረብእና የማደላደል ስራ ይሰራል። የኤርትራ ተቃዋሚዎች በህወሓትኢህአዴግ ግብዣየህውሓት/ኢሃዴግን 9 ጉባዔ እስከመሳተፍ የደረሱበትንም ሁኔታ ማስታወስያስፈልጋል። ይህቺ የህወሓት ድርጊት የኢሳያስን  መንግስት ከመፍራት ይሁን ሌላነገር ከመፍራት ጊዜ ይፈታታል። ህወሓት የሃብት ክምችት ስላለው ምናልባት እሱምራሱ አማላይ የፓለቲካ መደራደሪያ ሊሆን ይችላል ብሎ አስቦ ይሆናል።
የኤርትራን መንግስት በሚያደራጇቸው የኤርትራ ተቃዋሚዎች ቀይረው እየቀመሩያሉ የሚመስለውን የፓለቲካ ፕሮጀክት ያሳኩታል አያሳኩትም የሚለውን መተንበይአይቻልም። ያለምንም ብዥታ መታየት ያለበት ግን ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ ሕዝብንከሕዝብ የሚያጋጭ ፓሊሲ በቀጥታም በእጂ አዙርም እየተከተሉ በሌላ አንጻርህወሓት ከኤርትራውያን ጋር የመቀራረብ ፓሊሲ ላይ የሚሰራበት ምክንያትበአትኩሮት ሊታይ ይገባል።  በህወሓት ስር ሆነው “በብሄር ብሄረሰቦች” ፖለቲካአገር አና ህዝብ እያደነቆሩ ያሉት ህወሓት የሚጋልባቸው የፓለቲካ ፈረሶቹም ጉዳዮየገባቸው አይመስለም ወይንም ቢገባቸውም ጉዳያቸው አይደለም።
